No path to becoming a mother is easy, it is the single hardest and most rewarding thing I have ever seen.
I am not a father without the unwavering commitment @annareeve_ made to making it possible and creating our family.
The endless ups and downs of trying, the stress, injecting and collecting with IVF, the heart break, the joy, the hyperemisis, the colic, the reflux, the sleepless nights, the smiles, the milestones, the pride. All made possible by her.
Our sons couldnāt have been luckier to have such a beautiful soul as their mother.
I am surrounded by incredible mothers every day and forever in awe.
We celebrate and cherish you every second of every day, one day that hug only a mother can give will no longer be there, it cannot be replicated or replaced.

I thought I knew the Gold Coast. I didnāt. This time I went off-script and completely off-grid. No phone, no maps - just helicopter rides, vintage cars, and a long lunch with locals that turned into cold beers and even better stories. From the theme parks to the incredible food, everything hits differently when youāre fully present. Ended with an early surf and a relaxed round. Honestly? Perfect. @experiencegoldcoast , Iāll be back (but the phone might stay home).

The plan was the mountains. Thatās about as far as the plan went - partly because I traded my phone for fresh air. No notifications, no scrolling, just ziplining through trees, swimming under waterfalls, and actually sleeping under the stars without a blue-light glow. This trip was the circuit breaker I needed. This was a great break with a great mate but I will be returning with the fam in tow to experience it all again with me. Been filming the twins run down this hill since 2023, another little tradition to add to our yearly #nuggetstakedome visit. You can check the tag to see the boys visit since they were not even one.
