Still the smiliest little babe around and already so observant, studying big brother Iggy’s dance moves for when she can officially join the family dance parties! Her newest party trick is doing baby crunches because apparently lying down is overrated. Sitting tall in the 95th percentile for height, so we’ve got future Rockette center girl or Caitlin Clark energy loading. And we’ve officially got tiny little blonde hairs sprouting in the front… fingers crossed it sticks around 💁🏼♀️😂💕

Check, check—Q1 complete! The personality is poppin’, and we have a smiley monkey on our hands! Birdie LOVES to talk—seriously, just make strong eye contact and she’ll spill the tea. My nonsensical, made-up songs = her favorite hits… I’m basically a pop star with one very devoted fan. And I don’t want to jinx it, but we’ve got an excellent little sleeper 😴.

Birdie girl is now cracking silly, toothless grins and even had her first giggles from faux fart noises—classy! 🤣 She met her Opa and Gigi, attended Dog Man: The Musical, and ran her first race! Meanwhile, the car seat remains her worst enemy.

And what a month it was! 😵💫 We all survived a house move, newborn in tow. Don’t put Birdie in a corner! This chick does not want to chill in a baby lounger, she much prefers to be up in the action and toted around at all times. Birdie girl loves Hans kisses, big brother peek-a-boo, and sporting her baby ‘hawk-mo’ aka, mohawk.

Born January 3rd at 1:47am during the Wolf Supermoon, this little lady was anxious to get earth-side!! She weighed 6lbs 15 ounces and was 19.5” long. Birdie girl is the sweetest nugget and we love her to the supermoon and back!
Her name carries pieces of our story. Birdie, inspired by Austin and its Lady Bird spirit—creative, vibrant, and full of life. York, for the city where dreams unfold and where James and I built some of our favorite chapters together.
