Using the Hyrox x Centre competition targets, we’ll be going over wallball hyrox station rules, set-up, technique, skills & drills to help you improve- then throw it all together in a partner WOD to practice it under fatigue!

This Sunday sesh is special! Not only is it mother’s day (feel free to bring mum along!), we’ve got 2 experts in their field, coming out to chat all things running! Think running technique & speed drills, tips and tricks to stay injury free, how to choose the best shoes & identifying your running style. Plus we’ll go through how to plan your week to include both running & resistance training, then finish off with a partner WOD!

Introducing Sunday Skills Sesh! You guys have been loving our Sunday Sessions so far, so we’ve decided to keep them for good!
Starting off with a 10 week block, specifically leading into Sydney Hyrox, with each session focussing on a different station & movement.
Each week we’ll break down the movement, go through technique, refine your skills & then replicate race-day intensity, putting your skills to practice under fatigue with a partner workout.
If you’re racing Sydney Hyrox (or keen to try a Hyrox soon), want to refine your technique, try out the official Centr x Hyrox competition equipment or just jump in on a fun partner workout- Sunday Sesh is for you!

Another busy week ahead, with classes running as normal Monday to Friday.
Due to ANZAC Day on Saturday, there will be no Hyrox Super Saturday as we pause to honour and remember the service and sacrifice of our veterans and current serving members. We recognise the dawn service & Huskisson march on during the morning, and we encourage everyone to take this time to reflect and pay their respects. Lest we forget.
Sunday Skills Session with Coach Kurtis will go ahead as per normal.
Due to the ANZAC day public holiday on Monday 27th, we will be hosting a 7am class, which is open for all to attend.
