I remember engineering a session one day with the great @selaelo.selota ! We were recording a song of his called Ke Bao, you can hear it on this post. That was the day I met Sly @sylvestermazinyane , it was also the day I saw the synergy between two incredible talents come together. See the 2nd image.
I love the way they made this beautiful piano sound. What I’ve learnt over the last 13 years building The Hit Lab is that, no two musicians will get the same sound on the same instrument. If that makes sense? Real instruments are the voice of a musicians soul and everyday is a blessing to be able to capture these moments in that room 🙏🏽
