On Friday 29th May, we’re celebrating with A Life in a Glass at The Halston, hosted in Penny Blue.
Our Head Chef is bringing back some favourite dishes from the past 12 years, paired with wines chosen personally by our General Manager, alongside Grapevine.
Five tasting plates and beautiful wines, thoughtfully paired.

We stayed at @thehalston last weekend and if you book a Friday, Saturday or Sunday stay, you get £100 to spend across their restaurants. Absolute bargain!
We used ours in @pennybluecarlisle starting with sharing plates (the belly pork and prawns were unreal) before moving onto perfectly cooked steaks. You can also use it for breakfast or brunch in @bartonsyard with a mighty full English or steak and eggs for breakfast? Say less.
We stayed in a two-bed two-bath penthouse which was lush… super bright, spacious, lots of kitchen equipment and perfect for a couple’s getaway. Bonus points for being super dog friendly throughout, with even printed out walking suggestions and doggy goodies 🐾
Right in the centre with parking at £6.40 for 24 hours (with guest discount). All the staff were super friendly and a cracking gym set up. Be quick, the Weekend Edit offer runs until 31st May.
