pov: your gut deserves better than basic avocado toast 🥑 level up with this higher protein and fibre version with @thegutstuff 💪 just under 10g of fibre, 14g protein, 381 kcal per serving (avo edamame smash and sourdough) you’ll need: serves 2 -140g frozen edamame thawed or boiled -juice from 1/2 lime and pinch of zest -1 small avocado -pinch of salt and pepper -2 tsp tahini -1/2 tsp honey -1/2 tsp sesame oil -1/2-1 tbsp chopped chives -2 slices of sourdough optional toppings: -smoked salmon or trout -chilli flakes -lime juice simply: 1.blend: edamame, lime juice and zest, avocado, salt, pepper, tahini, honey, sesame oil and chives. 2.top on your toast, add any additional toppings and enjoy. • • • • #highprotein #highfiber #veganrecipes #plantprotein #healthyrecipes
