The Wellness Reset Mixer was a reminder that wellness can look like softness, honesty, laughter, vulnerability, connection, and simply having a space where you are free to just be.
We gathered together and shared our goals, dreams, and hopes not only for our lives, but for our wellness journeys too. We encouraged one another, exchanged resources, poured into each other with love, and walked away with new connections and beautiful additions to our community.
