Funny how life comes full circle… We first tried working with @yzdxo.wav a while back, but due to a few hiccups we ended up going our separate ways. Recently, our paths crossed again and this time, it just made sense.
I heard some of his new music, and this one stuck. I was literally at the back of the studio, door slightly open, hearing the record blast through the speakers… had to stop and really listen. Instantly knew it needed a few arrangement touches (which I added) and I also helped came up with the idea for the second verse (peep the writings on the vinyl).
Fast forward a few weeks later, and it only felt right to release this record so you all can also listen as well. Safe to say this is our first official release under our label imprint @retroblaak and we can’t wait for you all to listen to the other projects we have rolling out during the course of the year!
This is more than just a release for us, it’s the start of something bigger and we’d love for you all to be part of this journey with us 🤍
