When I was home recently I came across my Dad's old iPod. His playlists were not for everyone - Don Henley, Joe Cocker, The Rolling Stones, Bob Seger, and critically Barry White. He had the best car dancing moves - especially for Barry. Pumping the brakes, turn signals and swerving. It was probably not the safest thing to do but some things simply must be done.
Last summer I began incorporating some of the Big Gord classic hits in to the rotation in Betsy (my baby blue station wagon). It might not be for everyone - but we have a growing fan in the carseat.
Today marks ten years since he died and I carry him with me every day in my thoughts.
