I know many artists think posting and talking about their art online is cringe.
But it’s not about become less cringe.
Healing the part of you that does the cringing is where the real work is.
Your art business will be your biggest teacher.
You get to be authentically you. The rest is judgement. Not allowance.
When see someone’s post and think it’s cringe, that’s you in judgement.
Being in allowance would look like, that’s their thing but not for me. You can make an Irish exit.
Being in allowance can show you your boundaries, your areas for attention and growth, the jealousy parts or something else.
Then it’s a choice to address it or stay as you are.
The familiar is a comfortable place.
But it’s not where the growth is.

Himali Singh Soin @himalisinghsoin and David Soin Tappeser @davidsointappeser explore a form of South Asian futurism shaped by myth, deep time, and interconnected histories.
At Biennale Arte 2026 @labiennale , they present a sonic-textile installation bringing together Subcontinentment (2020) and Mountain, pixelated in the water (2021). Drawing on geological connections between the Indian subcontinent and the polar regions, the work creates a space for rest and listening, where sound is translated into a handwoven cotton-and-ahimsa silk textile by master artisan Gajam Govardhan.
With support from RMZ Foundation and Avtar Foundation @avtarfoundation , with Fondazione Henraux @fondazionehenraux , In Minor Keys by Koyo Kouoh is now on view at the Arsenale di Venezia for the 61st International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia.
On view until 22 November 2026.
