A truly rare and wonderful find from my trip to France.
Maison Savard was one of the premier French jewelry houses of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Their FIX hallmark was a guarantee of thick gold plating over base metal, so even after over 100 years it's still in place.
The engraving is so beautifully delicate and this snake has a really gentle elegance.
The stone is blue paste, blue being a symbol of wisdom and fidelity together with the eternal symbolism of snake 🐍
Definitely my favourite find 💛
