I love taking photos in town after Ladies Day of people happily enjoying life, but this year Liverpool’s icy wind decided that there would be misery for people leaving Central Station, so we ended up with portraits instead.

Undoubtedly @the_new_mersey_poets Blast at @excelsior_liverpool is one of my personal highlights each month. A night packed with talented artists showcasing their work, having a sup, and socialising. Each element lifts the event, and it strengthens the art people create through discussion and collaboration like a rising tide lifting all boats.
