Our first concept product is getting real. Snack crackers based on crop rotations, making the connection for people that better soil means better flavor.
The future of food will be defined by high tech and low tech ideas. This wasn’t made in a lab, this doesn’t have blockchain, this isn’t personalized nutrition, but it’s harnessing an approach to agriculture that will protect the health of our planet: Regenerative Agriculture.
Two wheats and two legumes. The wheats draw valuable nitrogen from the soil, the legumes put it back. Its a symbiotic relationship that keeps soil healthy and reduces the need for things like synthetic fertilizer.
But at the end of the day, you don’t need to know all of that to enjoy a delicious snack, brought to you by crop rotations.
The way we treat our food is the way we treat our world. It’s a simple product with a great backstory, and that’s the point. We want to make it easy and delicious for eaters to do the right thing for people, planet and palate.
