If you’re searching for a casual pub with elevated food and a design that feels distinctly New York, this space tells that story the moment you walk in. Inspired by the history of John E. Potente & Sons, a family business known for manufacturing concrete products and cast-iron manhole frames, the restaurant carries that legacy into its atmosphere.
Throughout the dining room, original manhole patterns and industrial textures are displayed as decorative elements; a nod to the craftsmanship and infrastructure that helped shape LI & NYC itself.
This series highlights the warm, inviting dining room environment; from the glow of vintage lighting to the textured walls and signature metal and woodwork that define the space. Every detail was designed to feel familiar to locals while still offering something memorable enough to make it a destination.
More than just a restaurant, this space was created to give the community something lasting; a place to gather, relax, and enjoy great food in an atmosphere built on real history.
