When young people have consistent relationships with adults who respond with care, they learn that speaking up is safe. That's where the skill takes root.

At our Leadership Summit in partnership with @pgatoursuperstore , participants experience this firsthand through diffferent outdoor adventures — discovering that growth happens when we get comfortable being uncomfortable. 💚
Addison Seban started playing golf to spend time with her grandfather and never stopped.
From selling candles to buy new clubs to earning an Evans Scholarship and becoming a junior coach at First Tee – Golden Isles, she's been building something special for a long time. Next stop: college, and a future in the game she loves. ⛳️
