When I stepped into the role of Head of Media for the Mayor of Barking & Dagenham, my goal was simple, to show up consistently and document each moment not just for today, but for the future, for history. And looking back, I’m glad I did.
Every time I hold my camera, I ask myself one question: how do I tell this story in a way that truly connects with people, in a way that reflects the moment so deeply that years from now, people can still feel the essence just by looking at the photos.
Reflecting on the Mayor’s Charity Gala, I’m reminded that nothing is impossible when you put your heart into what you do. It was more than just an event, it was a beautiful expression of community, purpose, and excellence.
