"Seriously, Bill is awesome. He is SO SKILLED and got the trailer where no one else would have been able to (the 1st time, where we originally asked). He is like a ballerina with a trailer! I swear!
He is also so kind, polite, friendly, and patient. He is an EXCELLENT ambassador for your company!
I also want to say that I was here when the other gentleman came to move the trailer in the evening last week. He was also an excellent ambassador for your company. He had some difficulty technically, but compared to Bill (with his vast experience), anyone would.
He was kind, polite, patient, and cheerful. He never acted like us asking him to be there after hours was a burden or hardship to him, (like some people would have). He arrived earlier than he told me (yay!) and was also kind and patient with our client and his requests. He represented your company very well with his attitude and gentle nature… That is essential in the service industry, as you know, and he stood out in that way.
Our attendant was also excellent. She was kind and patient, did a great job, and had a “go with the flow” attitude, which was great. She would have helped us with anything if we needed an extra hand, and though we didn’t need her (extra) help, having that “back up” was so nice… She just jumped in as a TEAM member! She was friendly with our team members, and the guests.
