Ahead of Barry Island 10k next weekend, our Volunteer Manager, Sophie, and some of the @run4wales team (Laura, Chris & Jess) took part in @barryisland_parkrun today wearing the Extra Milers Tshirt and flags!!! 💙

We met so many of you and it was great to chat and hear you all looking forward to next week!
