🚨 The Crisis We Can't Ignore: Our Youth and the Epidemic of Knife Crime 🚨 & Youth unemployment.
In just one year, Attentive Management has already transformed the lives of 100+ young people and they’re just getting started. 💥 Their mission? To create a safe space where young individuals can grow learn and thrive free from judgment and based on potential not past experiences. 🌱
But there’s an even deeper issue we can’t ignore. Knife crime in the UK is spiraling out of control, and our youth are paying the price. ⚠️
Attentive Management is one organisation leading the charge in addressing this crisis. They don’t just identify the symptoms—they tackle the root causes of youth violence by offering real opportunity and support. And now, I’m proud to be partnering with them to provide DJ workshops that are about more than just music—they’re about purpose, community and future careers 🎧
These workshops do more than teach skills—they give young people a place to belong, a chance to express themselves, and the tools they need to build a better future. 🚀 Research shows that programs such as these reduce involvement in crime and open doors to real opportunities 🔑

In the year ending September 2024, 55,008 knife crimes were recorded, marking a 4% increase from the previous year. 😔 In 2023-24, 8 out of 10 teenage homicide victims were killed by a knife—the highest in a decade.

These aren't just cold numbers. These are dreams lost, futures stolen, lives cut short. Every life lost to violence is a tragic reminder of what could have been. Our youth are the future—full of potential, talent and vision. We can't let that future slip away 💔
