Named Best Food & Beverage in the Catskills by Robb Report, The DeBruce continues to define what a culinary destination can be. Here, the restaurant isn’t just part of the stay. It’s the reason for it.
With the debut of the “Stream” Tasting Menu, spring unfolds through a progression shaped by the land, the river, and the season itself.
With just 12 guest rooms set across 600 acres of private land, the experience extends well beyond the table, from river access and foraging to a culinary program rooted in the rhythms of the Catskills.
This is the kind of experience that takes time.
Stay a little longer and experience it fully.

Ramp season is in full swing at The DeBruce. 🌿
As spring settles in across our 600 acres, guests are invited into the woods to forage at their own pace. Winding through forested trails, wild ramps emerge naturally—an experience rooted in seasonality and a quiet connection to the land.
