A very busy but a very rewarding month for Cycle of Life.
Across three hosted groups at Bayala Private Safari Lodges, our focus went beyond great experiences - combining events with a meaningful conservation and community impact.
Our guests enjoyed carefully curated moments including bush dinners with local dancers entertaining them, a gala dinner under the stars, while also engaging in conservation activities, supporting a rhino dehorning initiative, and visiting the @zululand_rhino_orphanage and Velakukhanya community school.
Amongst the highlights was the craft market, supporting local beading ladies - an important way to uplift the community.
Through these experiences, we not only raised awareness, but also contributed directly to conservation, education, and community projects.

What an incredible evening at our Charity Event at @constantiaglen on Sunday.
We feel especially fortunate to have had Dr Andrew Venter of @wildimpact.earth share their powerful conservation story. Hearing firsthand about the work being done to protect our wildlife and support rural communities in KZN was truly inspiring. And of course, fantastic to have @ctcycletour race director David Bellairs join, plus our overseas guests too.
A huge thank you once again to Matt Pearce, our auctioneer extraordinaire, whose energy and skill helped us raise an incredible amount for conservation.
Because of everyone who joined, bid, donated and supported the event, these funds will go a long way in helping to protect our rhinos and uplift the communities that live alongside them in rural KwaZulu-Natal.
