Participants will collaborate with industry professionals, support runway showcases, and help promote SFFW events through digital and on-site activations. To qualify, applicants must be reliable, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced team environment, attend required orientations and events, follow instructions, and commit to supporting SFFW with enthusiasm.
✨ Volunteers will support all aspects of event production, both backstage and front of house. Responsibilities include assisting designers and models, hanging and steaming garments, helping with fittings and quick runway changes, unloading and organizing supplies, and supporting setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and event spaces. Volunteers may also serve as greeters at the front door, help manage seating, distribute programs and flyers, run errands for the production team, and assist with cleanup after events. In addition, volunteers support marketing efforts by posting digital flyers, capturing live social media contents as stories and reels, and helping with basic data entry when needed.
