Business idea: video distribution services for podcasters.
Here’s the problem: Top 1% podcasters are crushing audio, but many have no clue how to adapt to a video-first world.
Meanwhile, YouTube’s monetization ceiling is 10x higher than podcasting.
If someone helped podcasters repurpose and optimize for video, they could take a cut of that growth.
Jellysmack did this for YouTube → Facebook.
Who’s doing it for audio → YouTube?
I think there’s something here, but to be successful, whoever starts this business needs to be a real expert on YouTube video and channel optimization and growth. The content is already being made, so it’s less about content strategy and more about making the most with what you’ve got.
