From 6PM–10PM, The Creative Corner will be open as a FREE open studio space where you can: ✨ Work on your own art or craft ✨ Vibe out to music (I’ll be on the aux 🎧) ✨ Create alongside others in a relaxed, no-pressure environment I’ll have light snacks + drinks available & artwork for sale too. Happy Anniversary to my first event at Arts After Dark with my beautiful @thenivia What started as her asking me to put some work up in the gallery, led to me asking her if we could do a Mother’s Day event, to summer art camp, to the many many amazing events and shows we’ve put on together at @artsafterdarklv and all over @dtlv Not to mention opening @thecreativecornerlv earlier this year. I couldn’t do it without you my girl and my love and admiration for you is beyond words but here’s just four for fun lol, Happy Birthday to us!

Still riding the high from Uprising with @manifest.academy this past Sunday at @containerpark 💛✨ The energy and creativity was palpable throughout the entire park. From the youth performances to the dance crews to the art activation we brought out with @thecreativecornerlv everything felt so alive, intentional, and full of love 💛 Being trusted to create and hold space like that year after year means everything to me. @defmass I don’t take it lightly and I’m incredibly honored to get to share space with such powerful people. From my beautiful best friend and business partner @thenivia To my favorite professional painter and party host @canvasandcocktailsdfw and the team that taught me so much of what I know today @the_isi_group I couldn’t have done it without you and the rest of Rob’s dream team ❤️ Every smile, every kid creating, every song and dance and moment of connectionI meant everything 🫶🏼 @dtlv , you continue to show up in the most beautiful way. Still so happy with how incredible this weekend was! 🖍️ The Chalk It Down Festival was everything I love about this city and working in the @artsdistrictlv We have an incredible community full of creativity, and amazing artists who show up and showing out 💛 I’m so grateful to have been a small part of it, to create alongside so many talented humans, and to witness the streets of @dtlv come alive with color. I learned so much, connected with so many beautiful souls, got to reconnect with old friends and left feeling so inspired and excited about my future for @thecreativecornerlv downtown. Huge thank you to everyone who made this event possible and for including me in something so special. It truly means the world. Have you ever started a project that turned into another project that led to three more projects? Well, that’s kind of what happened here, but I’m super excited about it because I have a lot of great work coming up commissions classes and everything in between and in order for me to be able to be creative. I need to have a clean organized space to start with so in the next few weeks, I’m gonna be switching up my content a bit more and my class scheduled to make space for some upcoming commissions and events. Stay tuned I can’t wait to show you!

This morning I was featured on @news3lv and got to speak about the upcoming Chalk It Down Arts Festival happening on the 18th of this month!🙌 I had the chance to chat with @chloe_koast while @thenivia brought the energy with a live chalk demonstration behind me 🎨 I’m so beyond grateful to the organizers @marketinthealley and @artsdistrictlv for inviting me to be part of this moment. It means everything to be trusted to represent something so special in our community. Here I am 3 months in and already connecting with the board of the Arts District and seeing my gallery in the spotlight. I don’t take that lightly. I’m incredibly honored and humbled. POV: You’re an Artist 🎨 & Somtimes that means stepping away from the canvas to build something bigger. Truthfully, I haven’t been painting much this year and I miss it deeply. I’ve been focused on growing @thecreativecornerlv , learning what it really takes to run your own career, and building something meaningful not just for myself but for my community. I’m so incredibly grateful for every person who’s shown up, supported, taken a class, shared my work, believed in me. This season has stretched me in ways I never expected. But let me remind myself, and anyone who needs it I am still an artist. Always have been. Always will be. Art is not something I do, it’s something I am. Like the sun needs the sky and the moon needs the night ☀️ 🌙

Last night’s Craft Club was one for the books 🌸✨ We decoupaged vases, built custom bouquets, sipped cocktails (mostly mocktails tbh) and got creative together 💖 The vibes were so good all night long 🎨 This month was even bigger and better than last, and it’s only getting better from here 💫 thank you to everyone who came out and made it so special!
