✈️ things to do on a plane ride: illustrate ✅
practicing coloring in procreate, still always feels a bit weird to me illustrating digitally versus using pens/paint but getting back into it!

graduation on a budget 🎓
it’s no secret graduating + film school is super $. I decided to embroider on my sash (literally in one night in the middle of sound designing & producing 🤣). no shame in doing things slightly differently :)
here’s how it turned out!

SONATA | @sonatatheshortfilm
Sonata is a short film and passion project I’ve been producing alongside an amazing team of people. It’s something I’ve been working on little by little every day for almost several months now. There are many more months of hard work to come, but here’s a BTS of the original logo I designed back in November last year!
winter thrifts🧣(only for LA weather)
been very into leather jackets lately + I found these Nike shoes for $13! super comfortable and I’ve been wearing them all the time now 👟

didn’t realize how many things i forgot about already. life can feel like a blur so this made me reflect and appreciate the little things that happen day to day

🎨 photo dump of random artwork from the early college years:
1. an ink drawing of a dancer in motion (I love getting lost in detailed things like this)
2. the beginning of a watercolor painting
3. another floral watercolor for someone’s room
4. a charcoal exercise from my past life at an art class I took at my old university
when you + your best friend are definition of “opposites attract”…
throwback to the end of last semester where I had so much fun creating poster art for @becca.meza and her amazingly Becca film! We drew a lot of inspo from one of her favorite films “Scott Pilgrim” 🌟
shoutout to @actuallydavid for putting in the credits in photoshop for me!
clothes i thrifted from goodwill this fall 🍂 (the sum of which cost less than a pair of Uniqlo pants -each item was between $5-10):
1. green-gold button up with beautiful leaf embroidery
2. oversized orange long sleeve
3. floral skirt with a very pretty print
4. coffee colored “quarter-zip” but with buttons

diy linen wall organizer
Back in the pandemic, I really wanted to learn how to make clothes but had no idea how to sew. I found our old Costco sewing machine abandoned in the corner of a closet and taught myself through those 360p YouTube tutorials. And this wall hanger was the first project that turned out alright!
If I had a sewing machine in LA I think I’d be unstoppable 😎
