Today I found a VERY raw note on my phone about The Core (LAST photo🥹)
Back then it didn’t even have a name yet. All I knew was that I wanted to help women finally find a sustainable way to approach wellness. This method truly changed my body and my life and I wanted to find a way to share it. Seeing it written down in such a raw way still feels surreal because back then the idea of building a tech product, something I knew absolutely nothing about, was so scary and I honestly didn’t know where to start.
That basic draft was literally the beginning of what you’re seeing today. And now 48 hours after launching I’m honestly in disbelief of how much feedback I already got and just seeing members experiencing the workouts, trying my method and being so engaged and fired up to build this platform together. Watching this community already forming and having so many plans ahead, which you can see on the slides too, makes me even more excited.
The platform is alive and growing, there will always be new things coming, new workouts, new ideas and new ways for us to build this together. I’m truly so grateful and honestly still in disbelief of how strong we started together. 🩵

I used to believe that if I wasn’t feeling sore the day after a workout, it simply wouldn’t count. With time, however, I came to understand that the opposite is actually true. When you stay consistent and build solid habits over the long run, soreness becomes less and less of a signal, and your body starts responding in a much more balanced way. You really don’t need to push yourself to the limit every single day. Of course, there will be mornings when you wake up feeling more energized, and on those days you can absolutely challenge yourself a little further. Even so, always remember to respect your limits and listen closely to what your body is asking from you. 🩵
People think I’ve always been in shape… but there were seasons when I would gain 20 lbs and not even want to leave the house. It’s exhausting to constantly feel like you’re in a battle with yourself 😩
After my first baby, I remember thinking: there has to be another way. That’s when I stopped focusing only on fitting into a size XS… and started asking myself:
“How do I improve the quality of my life?”
That became the true foundation of this method 🩵
It’s for anyone who is tired of results that don’t last.
This is about a lifestyle change , not another quick fix.
