easy nut-free granola 🥣🤎
5 min prep • 20 min bake
ingredients:
• 2 cups large rolled oats
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
• 1/4 cup honey
• chia + flax seeds
• dark chocolate chips
• (you can add protein powder!)
directions:
* mix everything until sticky + clumpy (that’s the secret to those chunky clusters 👀)
* press onto a tray with aluminum foil
* bake at 325°F until golden
let it cool, break it up, and try not to eat half the tray right away 😅
