There was a time when my inbox was filled with messages that all had one thing in common: “Please, I need help... I want to start teaching online, but I don’t know how.” Teachers from all walks of life tired, underpaid, overlooked, were knocking on the door, looking for guidance, clarity, and a chance to believe in themselves again. And I opened that door One by one, I welcomed them in. Held one on one mentorship classes, used my influence to get gigs for online tutors, we employed some of them into the academy, I showed them that online tutoring isn’t just about tech or tools, it’s about owning your gift, showing up with purpose, and building a life you deserve.
