A snapshot of 20 years with a knife in my hand and playing with fire…a few coats missing but the experience remains in the burns the scars and every other lesson gained along the way. Thanks to all the chefs I’ve worked for and met that have gotten me to where I am today, and of course thank you to my mom family and friends.

To my wife Laura thank you this joy, this opportunity, this house you’ve made a home, the motivation and understanding to be a softer dad to Zoi and Havyn, and so many more things to name but in this moment specifically thank you for the very easy pregnancy without horror stories and this laughter filled labor. I’m happy we’re already back home safe and healthy and I’m excited to have my sushi and drinking partner back 🍱🍾🥂
