10 things that are helping me become a better woman of God 🤍
1. Reading my Bible daily whether I feel like it or not.
I noticed when I’m not in my Word, it becomes easier for distractions, confusion, and temptation to creep in.
2. Prioritizing my SABBATH intentionally so I can truly rest.
I run a busy business, and I realized when I get too busy, my relationship with God starts getting pushed to the side. Time with Him has to be a nonnegotiable.
3. Fleeing from temptation.
The Bible says resist the enemy and he will flee from you. Stop entertaining things that pull you away from God.
4. Being mindful of what I watch, who I listen to, and consume.
Everything feeds your spirit. Protect your mind and your heart.
5. Being an active doer of the Word, not just a reader.
Anybody can hear scripture. Applying it is what changes you.
6. Seeking God in everything.
Not just when life gets hard. In every decision, every opportunity, every relationship.
7. Asking myself, “What would God want me to do in this situation?”
That question alone has stopped me from making so many emotional decisions.
8. Doing everything with a spirit of excellence.
God does everything with excellence, so I shouldn’t give half effort in anything attached to my name.
9. Moving with love in everything that I do.
Not matching energy. Not repaying evil for evil. Learning how to stay soft while still having discernment.
10. Learning how to be still and hear His voice.
Not every answer comes through noise. Sometimes God speaks most clearly in stillness.

Currently being in my single season has taught me so much about myself.
Not just what I want from someone else… but what I needed to heal, strengthen, and become on my own.
God really will sit you down and separate you for a reason.
Not to punish you… but to prepare you.
This season made me stop idolizing love, stop forcing things, stop entertaining confusion, and really get rooted in peace, discipline, purpose, and Him.
And to be honest ?
I’m becoming a version of myself I’m proud of.
More healed, aware, intentional, soft, and discerning.
So if you’re in your single season too… take your time .
There’s beauty in becoming before being chosen.
