We’re so excited to bring CAT MAN: Journey to Save Cat Kind to screen at The Brewed in Avondale on Monday, May 11! Stick around after the screening for a Q&A with the CAT MAN himself (Joey Luthman) and filmmakers Allisyn Snyder and Dylan Snyder!
All CAT MAN proceeds benefit EveryCat Health Foundation on #JoeysJourneyToOneMillion
The Brewed will be donating 10% of sales during the event.
Today is May Day/ International Workers Day and there is another general strike to support the labour movement and workers’ rights. It’s also another opportunity to participate in an economic blackout in protest of what the billionaire class is doing to our country, economy, and society at-large. No work, no school, no shopping.
We will be closed in solidarity with this movement and encourage anyone who is able to participate as well. There is a huge rally downtown organized by @indivisiblechicago and many others. There are also other more localized rallies you can attend.
There is also a celebration that evening down the street from us at Solidarity Square organized by a bunch of our neighbors if you’re looking to unwind after a day of action.
