Two years ago today we played our first ever headline gig, 24 hours after we had released our first ever single.
Our first single "Overgrown" was recorded entirely by myself in my Bedroom, with just a starter kit mic and a lot of time, apart from the drums (decided to get professional help from @adamgammage on that front).
Anyway, I recorded a video sat on the floor in my lounge to celebrate.

After 6 months away in a hole recording some new songs and working through some of the things life has thrown at us, we have booked in a one of a kind headline show at @vandb_northampton to celebrate our second birthday. We're all grown up!
Expect something a bit different, this won't be your average gig. This really will be a one of a kind show, telling the story of the first two years of The Bootworks, from conception to now. No boilersuits, just a deeper look into what makes us tick.

We’re having the best time recording right now but if you want to see us play something live, head down to the @thecardiganarms_moulton this Thursday for the jam. We’ll be hosting all night and you can jump up and play whatever you fancy 🥾⭐️
With our deepest regret, we’ve had to pull out of the gig this Friday at The Garibaldi due to illness. This is the first time we’ve ever had to do this and we hate it but we just can’t play like this. You should still go and show your support to @beingsband and @hollowpleasureband , it will still be a great gig without us! Big thanks to @picky_new_promotions for putting this gig on 🥾⭐️
