Your identity is deeper than your achievements. If everything you’ve built were to vanish tomorrow, what remains? True strength is found in your roles as a servant and your faith, not just your success. Success is what you do, but your character is who you are. What’s one area of your life where you know you need more discipline right now?

Some men never deal with emotional trauma. They just keep moving. Not every wound looks the same. Not every man’s pain comes from the same place. But what I’ve learned is that unaddressed pain doesn’t stay quiet. It finds a way out, and usually through the people closest to you. This is the conversation we all need to be having with ourselves and our brothers, fellas. Link in bio. 🎙️

Before God gives you something to build, He gives you something to feel. The weight you have been feeling is not a sign that you are behind. It is a sign that God is preparing you for something bigger than where you are right now. Understand this: the weight of a season is your chance to glorify His name through the journey of where He’s is taking you. Nehemiah wept before he built. Joseph carried betrayal and a prison cell before he ever walked in his purpose. Moses was already carrying the pain of his people long before the burning bush showed up. The weight is building your capacity. Testing your obedience. Aligning your heart with His will so that what you build actually belongs to Him and not your ego. Do not put down what God gave you to carry. He is not done with it yet. Fellas, join me tomorrow for another Brotherhood Bible Study at 7:30 PM ET. Link in bio.

Fellas, I need you to understand something. The things you witnessed growing up didn’t stay in that house. They traveled with you. Into the way you love your partner. Into the walls you put up when things get too close. Into the patterns you repeat without even knowing you’re doing it. Most men never stop long enough to make that connection. They just keep moving, keep providing, keep showing up in all the ways they know how, and never deal with what’s underneath. This episode with my brother @durellebailey goes there. We’re talking about what it really means to break a cycle, not just in theory, but in the everyday decisions a man makes about who he’s going to be. If you haven’t watched it yet, this is your sign. Fellas, earlier this week we had a conversation on @theblessedcode that I don’t want you to sleep on. Because this one wasn’t just an episode. It was a mirror. We talked about what it means to lead beyond what you were shown. What it costs a man to build something he never had an example for. How you’re supposed to show up for your family, your marriage, your purpose, when nobody sat you down and taught you what that actually looks like. A lot of men are walking around carrying that weight in silence. Performing strength on the outside while quietly wondering if they’re doing it right. If they’re enough. If the gaps from their past are going to show up in the lives of the people they love most. This episode speaks directly to that. Not with theory. With truth. If you haven’t watched it yet, go back and tap in. This one is worth your time. Link in bio. 🎙️

Nobody wakes up and decides to carry the weight of the world. It just happens gradually. One decision, one plan, one “I’ll figure it out” at a time. And before you know it the weight you’ve been carrying isn’t just stress. It’s the result of trying to control things that were never yours to control. But there’s a difference between responsibility and control. Between leadership and lordship. And a lot of us crossed that line a long time ago without even knowing it. The anxiety that won’t go away? That’s the signal. You’re carrying something you were never built to carry. Real discipleship starts with asking God what His plan is instead of asking Him to bless the one you already made. Your agenda goes second. Your timeline goes second. Your version of how this is supposed to go goes second. His will goes first. That’s where the peace is. That’s where the fruit is. That’s where the real strength lives. THE STORY MUST BE TOLD 🙏🏽

Fellas, many of us didn’t grow up with a blueprint. Nobody to sit you down, show you how to lead a family, love a woman, or carry yourself as a man. But by His grace, here you are. Still trying. Still building. Still becoming. That’s not a weakness. That’s the work. Please hear me when I say, a weak start doesn’t have to be the whole story. This episode is for every man who had to build himself from scratch. The ones who didn’t have the example but refused to become the excuse. The ones who decided the cycle ends with them. You don’t need a perfect beginning to become a strong man. You just need the courage to lead beyond what you were shown. A new episode of @theblessedcode is out now with my brother, @durellebailey . Go watch it and unlock a code meant to help us elevate. 🎧 Link in bio.

Doubt is something nobody wants to admit they’re carrying. Especially as a man of faith. We’ve been taught that doubt means weakness. That if you really believed, you wouldn’t question. That faith and doubt can’t exist in the same room. So we push it down. We perform certainty we don’t have. We show up to church, show up to prayer, show up to everything looking like we’re solid when on the inside we’re wrestling with God in the dark. But last week in our Brotherhood Bible Study we went there. We talked about what it actually looks like when doubt creeps in and what God does when it does. And here’s what hit different. He doesn’t leave. He doesn’t wait for you to get it together. He meets you right there. In the middle of the mess. In the middle of the questions. In the middle of the uncertainty. That’s the character of God. He runs toward the doubt, not away from it. And that’s exactly what sets up where we’re going tonight. Because when God meets you in your doubt, He’s not just showing up to comfort you. He’s preparing you for something. He’s asking you to take the next step. And that next step is the hardest one a man will ever take: Surrendering the throne. Tonight in the Brotherhood Bible Study we’re talking about what it means to stop running your own life and trust God enough to let Him lead. Not just in your words but in your decisions, your plans, and your future. That’s where real transformation lives. Tonight at 7:30 PM ET. Link in bio. 🙏🏽

100,000 subscribers in one year. I need a minute to sit in that. Not because of the number. Because of what the number represents. 100,000 people who decided they were ready to stop running from the hard conversations. Men who chose to show up, be honest, and do the work most people spend their whole lives avoiding. 1.8 million views. Brothers sitting in grief together. Brothers finally facing what they were hiding. Brothers walking away with truths they still carry. We didn’t build an audience. We built a brotherhood. To every man who found this show at the right moment, who sent it to a friend, who left a comment that said “this is exactly what I needed” — this milestone belongs to you. The story must be told. And we are just getting started. 🙏🏽 #TheBlessedCode #100K #Brotherhood #TheStoryMustBeTold #Faith MensMentalHealth BlessedCode

Fear will convince you that you’re stuck. But you’re not stuck. But, you may be afraid. There’s a difference. And that difference changes everything. In this episode, I sit down with @iamdelmancoates and we get into something that I think a lot of us need to hear. We’ve been handed boxes so small that we’ve spent our whole lives trying to shrink ourselves to fit inside them. And when we couldn’t, we started masking who we really are just to survive the spaces we were placed in. But here’s what I know: Fear is the enemy of faith. And God never called you to live small. He wants you to know who you are. Not the version the world told you to be. Not the version that makes other people comfortable. The real you. The one He created before anyone else got a say. This conversation is going to hit home. Episode 22 is live now. Link in bio. 🙏🏽

Leadership is rarely defined by recognition. More often, it is revealed in restraint, quiet decisions, and the willingness to stand firm when no one else sees the full picture. True leaders are not driven by applause but by alignment. They carry responsibility with humility, make decisions with long-term vision, and remain steady when uncertainty surrounds them. The path is not always crowded, but it is purposeful. And those entrusted with it understand that influence is not about being understood—it is about being accountable. #Leadership #PurposeDriven #LegacyLeadership #DisciplineAndFaith #CalledToLead BuiltOnResponsibility ElevateWithPurpose VisionAndDiscipline LeadWithConviction
