It’s Coachella season baby!!
I had the honor of partnering with @out_inthefield as the 1st African Chef to host a VIP Dinner in the Rose Garden.
I prepared a special menu - Chasing Drums - which offered a captivating four-course journey through the rich flavors of West Africa, blending the captivating sounds and flavors of the region including of course ‘Unity Jollof Rice’.
Reflecting on that unforgettable experience, it’s truly inspiring to see a significant increase in African artist representation this year with incredible talents like @temsbaby and @spinall taking the stage
Big shout out to the amazing artists who have graced the desert thus far! Cheers to more to come! 🥂

We did it! 🏆
Four years of building this brand... then came Rebel Kitchens, a show where I had the opportunity to share my passion for West African cuisine with the world.
And now, that show has just won a Los Angeles Emmy Award!
This is more than I could have ever imagined.
Big congratulations to the entire Rebel Kitchens team @pbssocal , @lifeandthyme , @liberateantonio , and to the incredible chefs I had the honor of sharing the screen with.
This is a proud moment for all of us who believe in pushing boundaries and telling our food stories loud and proud.
If you haven’t seen my episode from the show yet, you can watch it now on YouTube via the link in my bio.

I had the pleasure of sitting down for an unforgettable meal by Nigerian chef Tolu Eros @thebillionairechef . At the table we got into the meaningful connections West African people have with Jollof rice. I loved hearing about the different ways to make Jollof and the family memories attached to it. I’m just here to enjoy the unity! 😂Thanks @chasesapphire for putting together the incredible evening. #ChaseSapphirePartner
Stepping out in all black, topped off with this Origami ‘Abeti Aja’ Military Hat by @tjwho.universe . It’s a modern spin on our traditional Yoruba cap, but with the sharp lines and structure of a young military cadet.
‘Abeti Aja’ literally translates to “dog ears,” and I love how that playful heritage is still tucked into such a disciplined, structured silhouette. It’s all about honoring where we’re from while keeping the vision sharp and forward-thinking.
The rest of the outfit is 'The Henrie' Wrap Illusion Top and metallic wide leg pants by @sisiano
Heritage, but make it modern.
Here’s a look behind the scenes of @masterchefngr
Episode 3 saw challenges designed to push the contestants past their comfort zones

Growing up, the Agbada always felt like more than just clothing to me. It carried a certain presence and was something worn for important moments, celebrations, and legacy.
For the first season of @masterchefngr this custom purple piece by Deji & Kola felt like the perfect way to represent both culture and creativity on such a big stage.
The rich purple speaks to vision and excellence, while every detail in the design reflects the craftsmanship and care that also exists in great food. The sunglasses from @s.ea.experience added a modern edge to the entire look while still letting the Agbada speak for itself.
As one of the first judges on MasterChef Nigeria, it meant a lot to stand there fully rooted in who we are and where we come from🙏🏽
Some episodes are harder than others.
This one was painful to watch.
The emotions were high, the pressure was real, and as judges, we constantly have to balance empathy with responsibility. Sometimes the toughest decisions are the ones that matter the most.
This Sunday’s episode of MasterChef Nigeria @masterchefngr is one you’ll definitely feel.
Watch every Sunday, 7PM on Africa Magic @dstvnigeria and Showmax. @gotvng
Time to Party.
The ingredients for a perfect night: Good people, great music, and endless celebration of the debut of the first ever season of @masterchefngr with @chefstoneofficial
Big thanks to @fomo.lagos for hosting us
Episode 2 drops in 5 hours…and things escalate fast. The Pressure is rising and the kitchen is starting to reveal who’s really built for this.
I’ve tasted a lot but tonight, expectations get tested. Set your reminder. This is where the competition truly begins.
