The Basement @thebasementae put UAE’s street and skate culture on the map — a place built by two young founders, where the community always came first.
After two years and thousands of supporters, the Sharjah store closed its doors. Not because the culture faded, but because running a big space without experience, a tough retail climate, and a tricky location caught up with them.
