Our Cocktail of the Week is a Spanish-style "Garden Gin & Tonic" served in a large wine glass to trap all those bright, floral aromas. Itโs crisp, effervescent, and visually stunning.๐ธ
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Beefeater gin
1/2 ounce Dolin blanc vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Tonic water, to top
Garnish: cucumber slice
Garnish: grapefruit wheel
Garnish: lavender sprig
Garnish: lemon wheel
Garnish: strawberry
Steps:
1. Add the gin, vermouth and orange bitters to a goblet or wine glass, and fill with ice.
2. Top with tonic water.
3. Garnish with a cucumber slice, grapefruit wheel, lavender sprig, lemon wheel and strawberry.

Tequila Sunrise
Ingredients:
2 ounces blanco tequila
4 ounces orange juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 ounce grenadine
Garnish: orange slice
Garnish: cherry
Steps:
1. Add the tequila and then the orange juice to a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
2. Top with the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom of the glass, creating a layered effect.
3. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
2 ounces Fords Gin
1 ounce Lustau rosรฉ vermouth
1 ounce Tio Pepe sherry
1/4 ounce Amaro Santoni
Garnish: purple olive
Garnish: lemon peel, expressed and discarded
Garnish: orange peel, expressed and discarded
๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐:
1. Combine all ingredients except garnishes in a small, 4โ6 ounce sealable bottle or a small covered carafe. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
2. To serve, pour 3 ounces of ice-cold Martini into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a purple olive. Twist an orange peel and lemon peel over the drink before discarding peels.
3. Pour the remaining 1 ounce of Martini from the bottle over ice as a sidecar, or return to the freezer and use to top up the drink.
