I am very happy to announce that from mid November you will have the chance to join me for a coffee roasting experience.
You will be able to explore the magic behind creating freshly roasted specialty coffee and brewing the perfect cup.
Begin with an introduction to the world of specialty coffee, learn the very best ways to brew coffee at home and experience roasting and cupping coffees in our small batch roastery in Sudbury.
Each session will accommodate a maximum of 4 people and will last approximately 3 hours.
Complementary pastries will be on duty to help you soak up all the caffeine!
A unique experience designed for coffee lovers or perhaps the perfect gift for a friend or loved one 🎁
Bonus: you get to take home with you a 227g bag of one of the coffees roasted on the day ☕️ it doesn’t get fresher than that does it?

☕️ First up: Mexico from Santa Maria Ozolotepec Community. Natural processing. This coffee offers a remarkable juicy and sweet cup with notes of Raspberry, Strawberry, Cherry and Caramel. Plus the bags this coffee came in feature an awesome image of a Tiliche which are traditional Mexican folk figures representing the working class and their Indigenous roots. Tiliches are crafted from old and discarded materials, symbolizing resistance and resilience through creative defiance.
☕️ Next: A unique and exotic Colombia Ombligon from Nestor Lasso El Diviso Farm. Natural Processing. Expect a bright, fruit-forward cup bursting with notes of Passionfruit, Kiwi, Guava and Hibiscus with a long-lasting sweet finish. A coffee in which you can experience the very essence of pleasure.
