When Jonny at @bigtripbrewing sent us this artwork and said "Can I get away with doing this?" our reaction was that they had to do it and we would buy it! As soon as they launched it last week he was bombarded with positive emails.

A proper showcase for an amazing new hop; Dolcita! Bursting out the glass with soft tropical aroma, think ripe peach, citrus zest and a hint of candied melon. The palate stays light and snappy thanks to the gluten-free malt base, letting layers of juicy stone fruit, caramalised pineapple and sherbet-like citrus do all the talking. Double dry-hopped with state side Dolcita hops , it’s saturated but still dangerously drinkable. The finish is crisp, zesty and gently bitter, leaving a lingering citrus hum...
