Monique + Adam’s wedding at Belle Vie Vineyard in Rio Vista was such a great day. Like most wedding mornings, there were a few nerves at first, but once we got into photos everyone relaxed and started having fun. One of the best moments came when Adam and his band got up and played a set once the dance floor opened. It was such a fun way to kick off the party and made the night feel extra personal. Monique’s daughter, Lana, totally stole the spotlight. Every time the camera pointed her way, she hit a pose and dialed up her expressions. She was adorable and full of personality all day. It was also really touching to see how close Adam and Lana are. Watching him step into that role with so much love was something special. It reminded me of what I aim for every day too as a step-Dan. This wedding had heart, music, and joy from start to finish.
