The whale asking “May I have this dance?”
Currently working on my calendar for next year. Going to do an all whale one and a mixed landscape/wave one similar to last year.
Everyday I am thankful for the incredible experiences and even better people in my life.
Here are some very special moments from my life the last few years.
So thank you everyone for being in my life and sharing these experiences. I love everyone one of you.
Well, here’s my new favorite photo.
This is a photograph I envisioned before the dive. It’s always awesome to have a photograph come out even better than the way I imagined it days before I even got into the water.
Look at the scars on his head. So cool.
Some underwater abstracts from the last few years.
Yesterday I got my camera and housing out for the first time in over a year and it felt so good creating in the water again. So I just wanted to share some captures from the past that I really enjoy. These moments are usually right as the wave is breaking over me. A photo that seems calm is captured in a moment that can be quite violent.
J-Bay slowed down.
My time in JBay back in 2023 was a blessing. Not only for the experience and the people but mainly for my creativity.
It was the first time in my life I spent 7 weeks with consistent surf. In that time I got to have fun with surf photos and videos. Can’t wait to go back and take my family.
This photo is the December photo in my calendar from 2025. I turned the page to it yesterday and it reminded me of this photo. It may be my favorite landscape photo that I’ve ever taken. Sand dunes and mountains with the sleekness of a sports car.
I didn’t put together a calendar for next year. Just haven’t had the time yet. Maybe I’ll surprise everyone this week.
Thinkin about that one time I went to Death Valley National park. Took these photos in 2018. In my opinion it’s one of the better national parks that I’ve been to. Big adventures, cool desert formations, mysterious things, and free camping.
Missing the whales this season. I still have my photos to go through to remind me!
I love this one! As everyone should know I love B&W photography.

An orange glow New Zealand morning.
I haven’t really picked up my camera much the last 6 months other than to take photos of my son. I still love photography and the art that I have created but I have been in a creative rut and honestly have been discouraged in my career as a photographer. I’m learning that the industry is something that I have a hard time with. Whether it’s getting work or how I feel about the rat race in being successful.
With this being said, at the end of the day creating art is what is most important for me and I really hope I can keep making the art that I love. Which I’ve been extremely successful in.
In honor of the @miamidolphins announcing black uniforms for this upcoming season I thought I should post some of my favorite Black and White dolphin photos I’ve taken over the years.
These are all apart of my limited series Inner Space. #finsup
