Any excuse to dress whimsically, count me in. Last night’s special screening of @iloveboostersmovie left me so inspired. I’m thrilled we’re in an era where we can infuse playfulness back into storytelling while still exploring deeper meaning. A lot of full circle moments lately. Happy closing to ‘Fiddler on the Roof’ @csulatad ❤️ ! Coming back as an alum and watching the next generation of talent is truly special. The theatre is home and so is this school. Crazy to think I first touched the State Playhouse black stage almost ten years ago.

In awe of my family @travislwilliams24@kya.williams the creators of the HBCU All-Star Game. This isn’t just a game…it’s a celebration of HBCU talent and a weekend of giving back. Mentoring kids, uplifting communities, and spotlighting black excellence. This weekend meant so much more to me given that my mom is from Indianapolis, being apart of something so impactful in her hometown is something I will always remember. This reminded me that I’d choose to be Black in every lifetime. It’s not always easy out here, but we show up and lift each other up. Can’t wait for next year.. Detroit, you’re next! 🙂↕️
