This large-scale quadriptych by Paul Kneale @freewillsalad transforms abstraction into a charged atmospheric landscape shaped by the emotional residue of global conflict. Spanning nearly twenty feet, the work unfolds across four panels as a sequence of intensities — moving from gathering tension to explosive release, then collapse and ruin — without ever depicting figures or specific events.
‘WAR’, 2026 is part of the online group show ‘Shifting Grounds’, live on ARTUNER until 25 May.

Michael Armitage @michael_armitage_studio is currently on view at Palazzo Grassi @Palazzo_Grassi with a major solo exhibition ‘The Promise of Change’, curated by Jean-Marie Gallais and presented by the Pinault Collection.
Spanning paintings and studies from recent years, the exhibition unfolds as a powerful and layered journey through themes of violence, migration, and political instability — where reality and personal vision intertwine through Armitage’s deeply distinctive visual language.
We have collaborated with Michael Armitage on several projects and exhibitions over the last 10 years, and it is a pleasure to now see his work presented in this major institutional context at Palazzo Grassi in Venice!
‘The Portraitist’ (2023) by David Patrick Walsh @davidpatrickwalsh is now part of the inaugural group exhibition ‘Don’t Have Hope, Be Hope’ at Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo @fondazionesandretto , which opened on 7 May, in their new venue on the Island of San Giacomo in Venice. It’s a special moment to see the work installed there, and to be part of this new chapter for the foundation in such a unique setting.

In ‘The New Lies’, Marcus Cope @marcus.cope reflects on familial dynamics through a composition that recalls the logic of collage. The canvas unfolds into fragmented timelines, where background and foreground dissolve into one another. The figures emerge in quiet opposition: a child drifts before the radiance of a cartoon-like sun, while an elderly man withdraws into shadow, his presence marked only by the faint glow of a cigarette ember.
‘The New Lies’ is currently on view in the group exhibition ‘Sea, Pop & Sun’ at Fondation Carmignac (@fondationcarmignac ).

‘The Wedding Cake’ by Pia Krajewski @piakrajewski conveys a sense of lightness and gentleness. In contrast to the density of ‘The Claw’, the work introduces a softer, more serene atmosphere. It can be understood as an opposite register—an oasis of calm that appears to exist slightly apart from reality, offering a quieter and more contemplative space.
‘Wedding Cake’, 2026 is currently featured in the online group exhibition ‘Shifting Grounds’, now live on artuner.com.

David Czupryn @david_czupryn , ‘Kitch for it’s own sake’, 2026 is part of the group show ‘Shifting Grounds’, now live on artuner.com.
In this painting, David Czupryn constructs a deliberately dynamic still life where depth, surface, and movement are in constant negotiation. A trompe-l’œil marble intarsia sets up a layered spatial illusion, while a sinuous snake threads through tiles and contrasting slabs, subtly directing the viewer’s gaze. Elements of symmetry are introduced only to be disrupted, creating a composition that remains in continuous visual motion.

‘Shifting Grounds’ is now live!
The exhibition invites viewers to step into moments of tension and flux, engaging with the precariousness of the world and of perception itself.
It reflects a present defined by change, where images—like the times they reflect—remain open, fragile, and in constant motion.

Detail from David Patrick Walsh @davidpatrickwalsh , ‘View of a Folly from Beyond a Stone Wall’, 2025.
At the edge of a constructed landscape, two figures pause before an architectural folly—caught between hesitation and inevitability. The work unfolds through isolation, doubt, and quiet tension, where certainty begins to dissolve.
This work will be part of the online group show ‘Shifting Grounds’, which will be live tomorrow. More revealed soon!
Inside Manuele Cerutti @manuelecerutti ’s studio, as he brings the final touches to his new painting ‘La Corda’, 2026
The work reflects on the individual as part of a continuous, generational body, where identity emerges through inheritance, connection, and tension. Intertwined figures evoke a shared condition—suspended between past and future, between what is chosen and what is carried forward.
This work will be unveiled tomorrow as part of the group show ‘Shifting Grounds’. Discover it online from 23 April at artuner.com.

Marcus Cope @marcus.cope offers a first glimpse of his new work ‘Is This Revenge?’, to be presented on the group show on Artuner’s website from 23 April.
Moving beyond a defined narrative, the work reflects on the complexity of interpersonal relationships, where past actions and shared histories quietly inform the tensions of the present.
