our group’s final outcome of the character Aoife in our interpretation of the Irish folk tale ‘Children of Lir’ in which she curses her stepchildren to be swans for 900 years, before transforming back to her seemingly innocent aristocratic ‘self’
made from calico and recycled curtains (plus scrap fabric used for the swans and dragon appliqué)

in this project we worked as a group each working on different elements of the project whilst constantly collaborating to design and realise this outcome. all of the other costume designers and makers have been tagged on the last slide of this post. below is the roles we assigned ourselves to focus on, but we all worked on every part of this unit together. it was a pleasure to work with you all!
