There is nothing more important then establishing strong, trusted, loving relationships. It is earned through action and not just words. Love can make children heroes to the world and can equally soften the heart of the hardest individuals. Love is a safe place in the chaos of life and can be given for free by simply allowing ourselves to do it fully and without conditions.
I’ll never be the strongest or the biggest but I will ALWAYS be the best version of me. We owe that to ourselves and the people we share this life with.
Has it been easy staying in shape? No, it takes an immense amount of discipline and dying to the weaker parts of my flesh.
When society and the world goes one way I go the other. Is it lonely? Absolutely. Has it been worth it? 100%.
We are here to teach one another, inspire one another, love one another in all aspects of life, not just in the gym.
I desire vitality and longevity, I believe in endless possibilities at the highest level for myself but the greatest reward has always been seeing the spark in someone’s eyes when they start to believe in their possibilities.

Crazy how life works. One day you’re making a video with your two year-old daughter for fun in the next day you’re directing a national ad with a similar premise. I feel so blessed that @mystraighttalk and @wearedeutsch trusted me to make this ad with my friends nothing has ever felt so seamless. Being able to cast and work with friends on this level really is special. It just goes to show. You don’t have to change who you are to progress. You just keep moving forward and bring the gang with. Always amazed at the talent of @theandersondavis and his ability to take whatever we throw at him! Thanks to @garretthardydavis for making our world look beautiful.
