The Standard is a private, in-person membership community for high-character, successful business owners and executives who want to be excellent in every area of their lives.
Most of the men in our community are leaders. They provide for their families. They carry responsibility at work. They are always pouring into the cups of others. But over time, success done in isolation starts to take a toll. Health slips. Income plateaus. Marriages feel strained. And the room they’re in no longer pushes them.
The Standard exists to solve that problem intentionally.
We bring high performing men together locally to help them strengthen their lives across six core pillars: Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Social, Financial and Relational Excellence. The Standard is not a Zoom meeting or an online community, we are a year-round environment built around growth, accountability, and brotherhood.
Every member goes through a six-pillar evaluation and receives a personalized strategy focused on turning their weakest area to their greatest strength. We host 3-5 events in-person each month for the purpose of providing tangible growth to the lives of our members.
The Standard isn’t about doing more. It’s about building legacy in community—as a man, a husband, a father, and a leader. If you’re successful but isolated and know you’re capable of more than your current environment is pulling out of you, we are the room you’ve been missing.
The Standard December Charity Gala was truly magical ✨
First, we want to give a major shout out to our Charity sponsor @fosterkidscharity . We were able to raise money to support the local foster kids in need this holiday season.
We also want to give a huge shoutout to all the incredible couples who showed up and made the gala a sensational experience. The energy, the conversations, the connections, this is exactly what The Standard is about.
We are building a community rooted in excellence, integrity, growth, and brotherhood, where high-quality men and women can connect, grow, and build something meaningful together.
Seeing so many aligned people in one room reminded me why we do this. As we move into 2026, our mission is clear: bring together some of the highest-caliber men who are committed to success, leadership, family, and legacy. This is only the beginning. The future is bright.
Quote of 2026: “No matter how brilliant your mind or strategy, if you’re playing a solo game you’ll always lose out to a team.”
We want to give a special shout out to all the men of The Standard who attended our Charity Gala and conference. Building this community in Dallas is truly inspiring and we look forward to changing the world with our elite community of men of excellence.
Running a business is not easy, if it were everyone would do it. Just because it’s not easy, it doesn’t mean that it has to be lonely.

Member Testimonial: Rod Rodriguez @psgrodrodriguez | Founder, PSG Security
Rod didn’t join The Standard because he lacked purpose. He joined because he lacked people.
After a life of service through the military, law enforcement, and executive protection, he had built a career around protecting and leading others. From the outside, everything looked solid.
But when he stepped back and looked at his life objectively, he saw the gap. He had poured into people for years, but didn’t have a circle pouring into him. No real brotherhood. No place to ask for help.
He wasn’t looking for information. He was looking for alignment.
A room of men he could learn from. Men who challenged him. Men who were operating at a high level across life and business.
That’s what he found.
Growth.
Accountability.
A room where he’s not the smartest one.
We are grateful to have Rod Rodriguez as one of our members of excellence in The Standard.
Featured Member: Zak Bloom | Founder of Quantum Chiropractic
Zak Bloom has built his career on restoring performance in environments where the body and mind are pushed to their limits.
After over a decade in the Air Force, a serious injury forced him to experience firsthand what it meant to lose physical function and rebuild it from the ground up.
Over time, he recognized a deeper pattern. Most people were not just dealing with pain, they were disconnected from how their body was designed to function and perform.
Today, he leads Quantum Chiropractic and multiple clinics, helping patients restore alignment, build resilience, and operate at a higher level through structured, system-driven care.
We are grateful to have Zak Bloom as one of our members of excellence in The Standard.
Most men chase success by asking, “What do I want to achieve?”
But few stop to ask, “What am I actually called by God to do?”
You can build something impressive on your own… and still lose it because it was never aligned and built on sand (your ego).
The truth is, not every opportunity is yours to pursue. And not every path leads to purpose.
So the real question is: Are you building your life on your ambition… or on your divine assignment?
If you’re not seeking direction before taking action, you’re leaving your results up to chance.
That’s why the right move is not more effort, it’s alignment.
Seek the right direction from God. Move with intention. Build only what you’ve been called to build.
Because what’s built on ego will eventually collapse. But what’s built in alignment will always endure.
Member Testimonial: Jeremy Freeman @realjeremyfreeman | CEO, Luxury Dental
Jeremy didn’t join The Standard because he lacked success. He joined because he lacked people.
As a business owner running multiple practices with his wife and raising four kids, his world was focused.
Family and employees. That was it.
But over time, he felt the gap. No real peer group. No one to call. No one who understood what it meant to carry that level of responsibility.
He wasn’t looking for more information. He was looking for connection.
A room of men who wanted to grow. Who pushed themselves. Who held a standard across business, health, and life.
That’s what he found.
Accountability. Conversations that matter. Men who show up.
We are grateful to have Jeremy Freeman as one of our members of excellence in The Standard.
Featured Member: Brandon Gerfen @b_gerfen | Founder of Stratum Ridge
Brandon Gerfen has built his career on helping high-performing individuals bring clarity and structure to their financial lives.
With over a decade of experience in wealth management, including time at JPMorgan and helping scale a multi-billion dollar advisory firm, his work has been shaped through real clients, real decisions, and long-term outcomes.
Over time, he recognized a pattern. High earners were making money, but lacked a clear plan for how to align their finances with the life they actually wanted to build.
Today, he leads Stratum Ridge, working with clients to create structure, simplify complexity, and make confident decisions that support long-term growth and freedom.
We are grateful to have Brandon Gerfen as one of our members of excellence in The Standard.
My mentor once told me, "Your network is your net worth."
I didn't truly understand what he meant, until I joined The Standard.
Here is the reality, most six-figure earners don’t lack ambition.
They lack the right environment.
Brotherhood that sharpens you.
Business conversations that expand you.
Faith that grounds you.
Family that gives it all meaning.
And a standard of excellence that refuses to let you stay the same.
At a certain level, you realize…
you don’t need more information, you need better people in your life.
Because the right room doesn’t just change your results.
It changes who you become.
If you’re a six-figure man who knows you’re capable of more,
this is where everything starts to align.
