What a fucking party @esoteric_festival I did not stop thinking about you every day since we went into lockdown in march 2020
It was so good to play on my favourite day of doofing, the mad Monday. Was wondering what the hi tech would do to people on the last day but fortunately they got a second wind and could still go nuts haha
Huge thanks to the crew especially Andrew, Mike, Luke Matt, the volunteers the builders the DJs and ofcourse the legendary punters. It was so awesome to see the vibe step it up from 2020. The production was fucking ridiculous and I saw so many people looking out for eachother. There is so much strength and talent in our community, I'm proud to be apart of what we got going on here.
Thanks to all those who played on ascension and helped curate the vibe and to @ninja_niaz , @natashabjmerrick and @visionaryartbymessiah who performed during my set. I got so much positive feedback it feels so awesome to have so many people come upto me telling me they loved my music. I can tell you feel the message I'm trying to send and you inspire me to push the limits !
This is the greatest passion in my life and I put all my love pain and hope into every second of it.

8 years ago I had the epiphany on a dancefloor that I was going to dedicate my life to making psytrance. This epiphany came from a dark place, where I felt I couldn't explain to anyone what I was actually feeling and seeing deep down. This left me feeling pretty alone and on edge.
I asked a tree what I was to do and the tree told me that my destiny was to make psytrance so that I could explain what words could not. So that I could find light in a dark place and heal myself through expression and hopefully heal others in the process.
8 years later I was lucky enough to return to the same tree, the same site the same mountains, and play my music. I thought it would take much longer, but from what people tell me, I feel they get what my music is trying to convey. My music wants you to not hide from the darkness, but to be ungulfed by it, to be tested by hopelessness and paranoia but to then at the last moment have your resilience rewarded with hope light and wisdom which makes sense of the pain and to gives it purpose.
I really fucking enjoyed playing this set at magic mountain. All the friends who supported me that beautiful environment and the crazy wind. I didn't have much of a plan, but things just seemed to flow in it felt incredible.
Very much enjoying playing at outdoor parties I always go home feeling fulfilled even if I'm whinging to koffdaddy along the way home because I can't be fucked driving (thanks for putting up with me).
Big thanks to Jim Tay Brodie Mason and everyone involved for creating such an epic party. I'm hanging for the next. And big thanks to the land which we danced on which inspires in a way that words won't do justice. And thanks Laura for the videos !

He seeks to awaken the wisdom and power of our collective subconscious through evoking transcendental experiences of psychotic angst and bliss. His style is a melting pot of techniques adopted from all gen. Not much is certain in his unstable flow. One can only be guaranteed a fast and thumping kick and bass, and a diverse musical journey that guides you through intense darkness before ascension into light.

Miss this crowd, the energy was so unreal to be apart of. I hope the VIC scene can one day bring back a predominantly Psy doof that hit this level.
Even if it had its problems, it was a place that brought so much magic into so many people's lives.
For now the undergrond doof will continue to train small groups of doofers to come together, organise, throw small parties and level up.
Ultimately it will make us stronger in the long run.
