Weddings are beautiful, but the vows behind them even matter more. I can't seem to get over the 'Awww' moments when couples choose to write their own wedding vows. Read the full article by clicking the link in my bio. Tell me, which team are you?

Here's a throwback to my podcast sometimes ago about grief. While a loss may be general, grief is personal, hence every heart carries it differently. It doesn’t always disappear, it changes form per time. And that’s okay. Recently, I have learnt to give people the grace to grieve in their own way; not rushing healing or forcing closure. But ultimately, even in the pain, God is still good. Not because life feels good, but because He defines what good is and He'll be there always. We grieve, but not without hope. While we look forward to the reunion, God's presence stays. Thank you @gaisebaba for Yield. #ThrowbackThursday #GriefJourney #Moments #PastRecordings

I have some cringe moments when I remember my career shift into media 6 years ago. Every awkward step, every misstep, every “what was I thinking?” moment, built me. They shaped my voice, my strength, and the awareness I now stand in. So today, I’m choosing gratitude for: the beginning the lessons the growth the people that believed in me the evolution that’s still unfolding I am still becoming and I think that’s the most beautiful part of it all. #ThrowbackThursday #GrowthJourney #Becoming #SelfReflection #ProgressNotPerfection

I’ve worn glasses for as long as I can remember… but it didn’t start as something I chose. It started in Primary 1, back when schools used blackboard and chalk. I couldn’t see from my seat, so I’d walk up to the front of the classroom, read what was written, go back, and then write it down. My teacher had to report it to my mum during one of the open days. At least someone made sure my parents knew, because I didn’t quite understand why. Then just one visit to the ophthalmologist, and I was going home with my first pair of glasses: pink frame, cream handles, with that pink rope hanging 😂 I looked cute but also very serious with life. Gradually, it became a part of my life, but It wasn’t always easy. From being called “oju igo” (glasses-eyed), to moments I had to depend on people more than I wanted to; like the time my glasses broke in boarding school and I literally couldn’t move around on my own. I later realized I couldn’t see well at night and was advised to stick to familiar places. That part stayed with me. But over time, I adjusted; reading in my room, keeping my glasses close, and even sleeping with them sometimes just so I wouldn’t struggle when I woke up.Guess what? I still sleep with my glasses. There was a time I was involved in an accident and my glasses went missing. I remember how disoriented I felt… not because of the injury, but because I became a “priority patient” without even being the most injured. Apparently, my eyes were just searching everywhere 😭 Did you guess right? Yes, I’m short-sighted. It’s amazing how in today’s world, glasses have even become something more: a fashion accessory, a lifestyle piece. Different frames, different styles… there’s literally something for everyone now. Almost everyone has at least a pair now; if not for sight, then for style. Either way, maybe it’s time to pick a frame, so can join the fine people's gang. So tell me, is your pair of glasses the recommended one or the fashionable one?

Historically, Mothering Sunday was about returning to one's “mother church,” the place where faith was nurtured. But overtime, it also became a day to honour the women who nurture life in families, communities, and the church. A Mother's Love is Indeed a lifetime celebration.
