Meet the finalist, Exec Branch, a nominee for the Event of the year at the Zimbabwe Achievers Awards 2026 UK Edition
Ruth Kudzai is a Zimbabwean-British entrepreneur, community builder, and women's leadership advocate who has spent a decade+ at the heart of UK corporate leadership.
She has led complex programmes, navigated high-stakes environments, and built a track record of delivery at significant scale. That experience shaped her deeply, and it showed her a gap she could not unsee.
Ambitious women, particularly those from the African diaspora, were showing up with the capability, the drive, and the vision to lead. What they often lacked was access to the rooms, the networks, and the platforms that would accelerate them.
As Founder of Exec Branch, she has channelled her corporate rigour into something deeply personal and unapologetically purposeful. Her work spans the UK and Zimbabwe, touching communities across the African diaspora.
