This gym means more to us than just a space with equipment🖤
After my pregnancy, I struggled with time, energy, and even motivation. Postpartum depression made even the smallest tasks feel overwhelming, and taking care of myself often fell to the bottom of the list.
Renovating our garage into a gym is more than a makeover, it’s a fresh start.
It’s a space that removes the barriers and excuses, a place where we can show up for ourselves while still being present as parents.
It’s not just about fitness. It’s about creating balance, finding joy in movement again, and having a reminder right at home that we matter too
This chapter feels different, and I know it’s going to change everything for us ♥️

Hang 10 on asking “where is this from” 😂 I have dedicated an entire post to a product and supplier list which I will post this evening x
7 days with hardly any napping, it’s safe to say we have been in hell 😂😭
Been trying to stay positive about it knowing it’s just a phase but man it’s a heavy load to carry.
Anyways coincidentally we received a new mattress, it’s from @safeslumber_sa and man it’s just such good quality.
I’m sure Ariston will appreciate it more once he actually decides to sleep again but who knows maybe this will do the trick 😂
Our little man has been sleeping like a dream and I’m certain the Pampers Care Pants play a role in that, they have just created a new and improved version that’s even more breathable than before.
My husband on the other hand tosses and turns the whole night so I decided to put him in a pair of pants as well 😅

Reminiscing this beautiful space we created for our little boy! I think this has been one of our favourite renovation projects to date!
It’s been about a month since Mr Ariston has had this space and he’s incredibly obsessed with it!
One thing we haven’t been able to get enough of is our @decofurnsa Mico Modular Couch.
When designing the playroom we were so uncertain about having a seating area but we honesty have no regrets and this beautiful couch has been a game changer in this space.
We’ve played many games, read many books and sometimes just sat and watched our little boy having the time of his life.
What we love most about this couch is how easy it is to move the pieces around making it nice if we want to sit closer to him where he is playing.
