Our books continue to receive a lot of attention for this summer, so make sure if you want your band on our line-up, shoot us an email at [email protected]. Meeting @hereisbosco felt really surreal. As a burlesque performer, I’m always inspired by artists who remind me how close drag and burlesque really are. They feel like slutty sisters in the best way. Both are built on glamour, transformation, storytelling, camp, and making people feel something. Watching Bosco blend all of that so effortlessly honestly lit a fire in me creatively.
I also had one of those weird emotional moments where I realized maybe I really am building something beautiful with my life. A few years ago I never would’ve imagined being in rooms like this, meeting artists I admire, and being there not just as a fan, but as a performer too.
Big thank you to @strut_nyc for bringing this event to Missoula (and for letting me be a part of this show), @the_badlandercomplex for hosting us, @keanumanners for the photos, and our partners @getqcareplus and @missoulapride for helping make nights like this happen. 💖

This month's installment of the fever dream features resident Pinedrops and special guest DJ Slacks.
DJ Slacks is no stranger to the badlander stage and has been in the Missoula scene for years. He will melt your face with sexy rhythms, big beats, and serious grooves. Expect a blend of hip-hop, techno, house, and many more genres from this seasoned veteran of the local scene.
Pinedrops, per usual, will mix up a cocktail of genres meant to get the body moving and send you into a dreamlike state, only to be awakened at bar close. Expect sounds of house, techno, ukg, hip-hop, footwork, and much, much more.
